آسگون فلز ساخت سازه های فلزی یکی از مهمترین عوامل در صنعت ساختمانی است. این سازه ها از ترکیبی از فولاد ضد زنگ ساخته می شوند و برای ساخت سوله های صنعتی، پل های بلند، ساختمان های پیچیده و بسیاری دیگر از سازه های بلند استفاده می شوند. سازه های فلزی به دلیل قابلیت انعطاف پذیری بالا، وزن کم، قدرت بالا، مقاومت در برابر زلزله، سرعت ساخت بالا و هزینه کمتر در مقایسه با ساختمان های سنتی، بسیار محبوب هستند.

مراحل ساخت سازه های فلزی

شامل طراحی

تولید، نصب و رفع نواقص می باشد. طراحی سازه فلزی با استفاده از نرم افزارهای مخصوص طراحی صورت می گیرد. در این مرحله، ابعاد، قطعات و جزئیات سازه، مواد استفاده شده و نحوه نصب سازه تعیین می شود. سپس، مواد اولیه فلزی از جمله لوله های فولادی، ورق های فولادی و پروفیل های فولادی به صورت قطعات مجزا تولید می شوند. در این مرحله، طرح طراحی از طریق دستگاه های CNC بر روی مواد اولیه برش داده می شود.

سپس، برای اتصال قطعات سازه از جوشکاری استفاده می شود.

در طول این مرحله، قطعات فلزی با استفاده از دستگاه های جوشکاری به هم متصل می شوند و در نهایت، سازه فلزی تشکیل می شود. بعد از ساخت سازه، نصب آن صورت می گیرد. در این مرحله، مکان مناسب برای نصب سازه فلزی تعیین می شود و سازه به صورت موقت یا دائمی نصب می شود. در پایان، رفع نواقص و آزمایش های لازم برای اطمینان از کیفیت سازه انجام می شود.

ASGON Company, established in 1984 in Isfahan, began its activities in the field of manufacturing light and heavy metal structures and industrial cranes. Initially, the company operated with an area of approximately 5000 square meters and production halls covering 2000square meters under the supervision of Isfahan Industries Management. Considering the increasing national demand for metal production, ASGON Company underwent a transformation in 2001 and changed its name to ‘Asgpn Felez Sepahan,’ establishing its second factory in Morchekhort Industrial Park, managed by Engineer Mohammad Ali Rahimi. With an area of 35000 square meters, the company expanded its productions in the fields of steel, oil, gas, petrochemicals, cement, and construction. This change of name and the expansion of activities marked a new chapter in the company’s production growth.

Asgon Felez Co. Started its activity in the manufacture f types of heavy and light, steel structures and industrial cranes in 1984 in Esfahan city an a 5000-m2 site in 2000 – m2 production halls, affiliated to Esfahan Industries Department.
Regarding the domestic development of an ever – increasing demand for this type of production, the company developed its production in the fields of steel, oil, gas, petrochemistry, cement and construction in 2001, changed its name to Asgon Felez Sepahan Co, had its new Reg. No. 17801 and established its 2nd factory in Mourchekhort Industrial Town on a 35000- m2 site employing its significant facilities to start a new era in its production development.

Manufacture of bridges and mud fenders using (European type) Box Girder different sheets based on relevant standards and steel working work group along with engineering drawings.
